This Sundried Tomato and Black Olive Pizza with Feta and Arugula is a delicious and simple vegetarian meal suitable for any occasion.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 degrees Celsius).
  • Cover the pizza crust with the tomato sauce.
  • On top of the sauce, scatter the chopped sundried tomatoes and sliced black olives.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy, in a preheated oven.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and top with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  • Serve the pizza with the arugula on top.
